Notice of our next walk – Rhyd-Ddu to Beddgelert 21.10.26

This month we will be walking along Lôn Gwyrfai's Section 6 of the Eryri Slate Trail Rhyd-Ddu to Beddgelert.

It is a pleasant and easy walk of 5.2 miles (8.4km) along paths and forestry trails with views of some of Eryri's highest peaks.

We will start the walk at Rhyd-Ddu’s Railway Station car park (LL54 6TM) where there are toilets.

Here's some information on what you need to know before the walk:

• We will start walking at 11:30am
• The walk will take approximately 3 hours

You will need:

Appropriate clothing including walking boots, waterproofs and packed lunch

As usual a coach has been provided by the Society, to leave Bangor offices at 10:15am; picking up at Morrisons Caernarfon bus stop at 10:35am and returning to Bangor at approximately 16:00pm.
