Dance company to bring stories and legends to life
A dance company will bring stories and legends to life in a production inclusive for people living with sight loss.
Hiraeth, Lost Roots - is the name of the production by new dance company Hedydd at Pontio, Bangor on February 15 as part of the Bangor Music Festival.
Hiraeth – Lost Roots – is an immersive performance exploring themes of identity, displacement and human connection told through vertical dance, storytelling and live music by Eädyth Crawford.
It will be set within a stunning art installation.
A free workshop and touch tour will be available before the shows which is accessible to sight loss audiences.
The production will take place at the Studio Theatre, Pontio, Bangor on February 15 at 2 and 5pm with the workshop and touch tour at the same location at 12.30-1.30pm and 3.30-4.30pm.

The production is in association with VDKL (Vertical Dance Kate Lawrence) and part of the Bangor Music Festival.
It is also supported by Pontio, Arts Council for Wales and Cymdeithas Deillion Gogledd Cymru North Wales Society of the Blind.
