Exhibition of art, crafts as well as audio books at Bangor library!
An exhibition of beautiful creative work by members of our Art and Craft Club is on display at Bangor Library until at least the end of the month.
The club is run by the North Wales Society of The Blind, and all the members are blind or living with sight loss.
The skilled leader is the artist Lydia Mary Fernandez-Arias.
The exhibition opened at the beginning of the month and will remain on display until at least next month, if not longer.
You are welcome to come and view the work or to ask about our Welsh-language audio books service, GWRANDO, available at the library.
Anyone who is blind or living with sight loss is welcome to join the club by calling Bethan Williams on 01248 353604 or emailing admin@nwsb.org.uk
The club meets at the Quaker Meeting House, Bangor, on the fourth Thursday of every month.
Here are a few photos of club members practising the Chinese art of brush painting—and singing a song while they work!
