Ian - a guide for blind runners - on Bore Cothi, Radio Cymru

A volunteer with the North Wales Society of Blind has completed training as a guide for blind runners.

Ian Morris Jones from Brynteg, Anglesey started volunteering with the Society last year after he recovered from his injuries after a cycling accident.

Since then Ian, who is married and a father of two, has volunteered as a guide on Clwb Cerdded Eryri Walking Club walks organised monthly by the Society.

Ian is a keen runner, naturalist and birdwatcher and is one of the organisers of ParkRun Llanddwyn, Ynys Môn.

On Monday (April 13) Ian was questioned by Shân Cothi on her Bore Cothi programme on BBC Radio Cymru.
