Thanks very much to all our volunteers!

Last week (June 1-7, 2026) we celebrated Volunteers' Week. It was impossible to name all of our volunteers individually but we would like to thank everyone who offers their time to work with us at the North Wales Society of the Blind.

We are truly grateful to all of our volunteers.

Some volunteer as guides with our Clwb cerdded Eryri walking club which organises monthly walks for the blind and people living with sight loss.

Our dedicated team of volunteers also give their time to running our social clubs or organise fundraising activities.

Others read audio books for children and adults or read and record local community newspapers.
