Vote for Einir!

Last August we published a story about a "busy" woman from Bethesda who had been appointed as the talking books co-ordinator for Cymdeithas Deillion Gogledd Cymru - North Wales Society of The Blind.

The story received a lot of attention and Einir Wyn Williams was interviewed on the Post Prynhawn programme, BBC Radio Cymru.

The story appeared on the Ogwen360 website which is the website for the Bethesda and Dyffryn Ogwen area, Gwynedd - and now it has reached the shortlist in the "People's Award" category of Golwg360 local websites.

The editors of Golwg360 have chosen the 15 most popular stories of their local websites in 2025. And Einir's story is one of them.

On Friday, January 23, 2026 the Neighborhood Website Awards will be held. It will be an online ceremony, and everyone will be invited to join via Golwg360.
